- Your Password is the same as your ALICE (Access Link Information Center – IVR) Pin Number. Currently this should be the last 4 digits of the telephone number you receive the ALICE calls on.
- After 6 incorrect attempts, you will be locked out of your account and will have to call Access Link to reactivate it. Please contact us at 1-800-955-ADA1 (2321).

As a reminder the new 30 minute window time begins Saturday, June 30th.
From now until the 30th, you may briefly see conflicting information (Window time) on Access Link Online. Use the confirmation times/window from the Access Link agents.

Access Link is a public transportation service developed to comply with the paratransit regulations of the ADA. Access Link service is comparable to the NJ TRANSIT local fixed route bus and Light rail systems. Access Link is for people with disabilities who are unable to use the local fixed route bus. In order to use Access Link, you must first apply for eligibility.
