Logging into the system

  • Your Password is the same as your ALICE (Access Link Information Center – IVR) Pin Number. Currently this should be the last 4 digits of the telephone number you receive the ALICE calls on.
  • After 6 incorrect attempts, you will be locked out of your account and will have to call Access Link to reactivate it. Please contact us at 1-800-955-ADA1 (2321).

Welcome to Access Link Online

Let’s get prepared to “Reserve a Ride” online!

Starting this fall, you will only be able to reserve rides to addresses already associated with your customer account. Use CONTACT US and select Add / Update Address and then fill out all of the requested information. A NJT representative will contact you to complete your request.

We are excited to introduce a new telephone feature. If you are calling Access Link to check the status and/or cancel your rides, you get to use our new I V R system. All you need is your customer ID and your 4 digit PIN number to access your ride information. The pin number is the last four digits of their number they used for the ALICE call (automatic call). If you have any questions, please ask the next available agent or reach out to the Customer Service Department. Thank you
